Learn Together, Grow Together

Our program brings together 24 participants each cohort, creating a vibrant learning community where peer support drives success. You'll work alongside experienced developers, fresh graduates, and career changers who share your passion for quality mobile applications.

Every week includes collaborative sessions where teams tackle real testing challenges. These aren't artificial exercises – you'll work on actual app validation scenarios that mirror what our team encounters daily.

Weekly Team Projects

Small groups rotate through different testing frameworks, sharing insights and troubleshooting together.

Mentorship Circles

Senior participants guide newcomers through complex validation processes and debugging techniques.

Cross-Platform Focus

Teams work on both iOS and Android projects, building versatility through shared expertise.

Industry Connections

Regular visits from local tech companies and startups who share current testing challenges.

Real Learning Journeys

These stories come from our 2024 cohorts. Each person faced unique challenges but found their breakthrough moment through persistence and community support.

Portrait of Thành Văn

I spent three years writing server code but never really understood how users actually experienced the apps I helped build. The testing concepts felt overwhelming at first – so many frameworks, so many edge cases to consider.

My breakthrough came in month four when our team found a critical memory leak in a food delivery app. Seeing how our testing prevented real user frustration made everything click. I realized testing isn't about finding problems – it's about protecting user experiences.

Current Role: Now leads quality assurance for a fintech startup, managing testing protocols for their mobile payment platform.
Portrait of Linh Hoàng

Coming from marketing, I understood user needs but had zero coding experience. The first month was intimidating – everyone seemed to speak in technical acronyms I'd never heard. I almost quit during week three when I couldn't get a simple automation script working.

Everything changed when I started focusing on the user stories behind each test case. My marketing background actually became an advantage. I could spot usability issues that pure developers missed, and I became the person teams came to for user-centered testing approaches.

Current Focus: Specializes in user experience testing for e-commerce apps, combining technical skills with customer journey insights.
Portrait of Minh Trần

Fresh out of university, I knew theory but had never worked on a real app with actual users. My code was clean but I had no idea how to systematically verify it worked across different devices and scenarios. University projects never prepared me for the complexity of real-world testing.

Working with career-changers in our cohort opened my eyes. They brought perspectives from healthcare, retail, logistics – industries I'd never considered. I learned that great testing requires understanding the business context, not just the code.

Current Path: Junior mobile developer at a healthcare startup, responsible for testing patient data applications with strict compliance requirements.
Portrait of Anh Nguyễn

I'd been doing freelance web development for two years, mostly small business websites. Mobile apps felt like a different universe – performance considerations, battery usage, network connectivity issues I'd never encountered. I joined because I wanted to expand beyond basic websites.

The collaborative environment was crucial for me. Working alone for so long, I'd developed some bad habits and missed industry best practices. Having peers review my testing approaches and suggest improvements accelerated my learning tremendously.

Current Work: Contracts with multiple startups to establish testing processes, specializing in helping small teams implement quality assurance practices.

Program Structure

Our curriculum adapts to different learning styles while maintaining rigorous technical standards. Each phase builds practical skills through real project work.

Foundation Phase

Months 1-3 focus on core testing principles, framework basics, and building confidence with mobile development concepts. You'll work on guided projects with plenty of support.

Application Phase

Months 4-6 involve independent projects where you apply learned concepts to real scenarios. Teams tackle different app categories and share findings with the full cohort.

Specialization Phase

Months 7-8 allow deep dives into specific areas: performance testing, security validation, accessibility compliance, or automation frameworks based on your interests.

What Makes This Different

We've designed this program around the reality that most people learn testing best by doing it alongside others. You won't sit through endless lectures or work on artificial tutorials.

Instead, from week one, you're collaborating on real testing challenges. Our industry partners provide actual apps that need validation, giving you portfolio-worthy experience while learning.

The October 2025 cohort will be our largest yet, with participants from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, and several international remote learners joining Vietnamese teams.
